About this service
Job Prepper provides procedurally generated matrix-reasoning practice questions to help candidates prepare for cognitive ability assessments used in job interviews, including test formats referred to on this site as Matrigma®, Raven's Progressive Matrices, SHL, Talent Q Elements, CCAT, and the PI Cognitive Assessment. Job Prepper is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Assessio Group, Pearson, SHL Group, Korn Ferry, Criteria Corp, The Predictive Index, or any other test publisher named on this site. These names are used descriptively, to refer to well-known test formats, not as a claim of affiliation.
Access and pricing
One free practice test is available without payment or sign-up. Extended access (7-day or 30-day passes) is purchased as described on our Payments page. Access is a fixed-term pass, not a recurring subscription — nothing renews automatically, and no further payment is taken after the period you purchased ends.
Acceptable use
You may use Job Prepper for personal practice and preparation. You may not scrape, redistribute, or resell the question content, attempt to circumvent access controls, or use the service in any way that disrupts it for other users.
No guarantee of results
Job Prepper is a practice tool, not a guarantee of a particular score or outcome on any real assessment. Practice questions are procedurally generated and, while modelled on real matrix-reasoning formats, are not identical to or sourced from any official test.
Liability
Job Prepper is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including interview or assessment outcomes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled by the competent Dutch courts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Job Prepper after a change means you accept the updated terms.
